We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive delivery excellence across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress and delivery
- Support Program Increment (PI) Planning and release management activities
- Drive continuous improvement in team delivery practices and ways of working
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the delivery cycle
Knowledge of Tools & Technologies
- Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience with continuous delivery practices and release management
- Solid project management skills
- Knowledge / Experience of Commercial Banking Domain will be a outstanding plus
Experience Working in Agile Setup
The role operates within an Agile delivery framework, working closely with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver work in iterative sprint cycles.
