HRIS Data Load & Technical Expert Key Requirement Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud technical expert responsible for HR data management, reporting, and integrations.
Core Skills Required:
- Robust experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Expertise in HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL)
- Strong reporting skills using:
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- OTBI
- Good understanding of HR data structures & HR processes
- Experience in data migration, data validation, and troubleshooting
Good to Have:
- Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
- HCM Extracts / integrations
- Experience with ServiceNow / ticketing tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage HR data loads and mass updates
- Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and issue resolution
- Build and maintain HR reports & dashboards
- Support HR data integrations and extracts
- Provide L2 technical support for HRIS issues
- Ensure data governance and compliance
