Position Summary
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Architect / Designer to lead and support architectural and interior design projects from concept development through execution. The candidate will be responsible for preparing design concepts, presentations, detailed drawings, coordination with consultants, and supporting project execution teams.
The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in Corporate Interiors, Commercial Fit-Outs, Design & Build Projects, Architecture, Construction, or Turnkey Projects. Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development

- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space planning layouts, design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings.
- Create 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials.




- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, local regulations, and industry standards.

Technical Drawings & Documentation

- Prepare architectural, interior, and execution drawings.
- Develop detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and shop drawing coordination.
- Prepare material specifications and design documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for design integration.
- Review drawings for constructability and technical accuracy.

Client & Project Coordination

- Attend client meetings, site visits, and design review discussions.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, vendors, and contractors during project execution.

Site Support & Execution Coordination

- Conduct site inspections and monitor design implementation.
- Resolve design-related issues during execution.
- Ensure finished work aligns with approved drawings and design intent.
- Assist project teams in material selection and mock-up approvals.

Design Research & Innovation

- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, technologies, and workplace design concepts.
- Research innovative and sustainable design solutions.




- Contribute ideas to improve design quality, functionality, and project efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design.
- Master's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field will be an added advantage.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred for Architects.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 3 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Corporate Interiors
- Commercial Fit-Out Projects
- Architecture & Design-Build Projects
- Turnkey Interior Projects
- Commercial Construction Projects
- Workplace Design Projects

Candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
