WSNE Consulting is hiring enthusiastic and motivated Freshers and experienced recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team as IT Recruiters. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to build a successful career in IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Experience recruiter should have worked on requirements related to IT technologies such as Java, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), SAP Modules , Cyber Security , AI ML roles .
- Big4 Hiring experience will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria for Fresher

IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED

- Qualification:
- BCA 2026 Pass Out
- B.E./B.Tech /MCA 2023, 2024 & 2025 Pass Out

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies.

Eligibility Criteria for Experience Recruiters

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment
- Proven experience in PAN India hiring and working with multiple stakeholders.




- Familiarity with major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.

Preferred Knowledge Areas

Candidates should have a basic understanding of:

- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Generative AI (Gen AI)
- MLOps
- ERP Technologies
- Cybersecurity
- Software Development Roles (Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, Frontend, Backend, etc.)
