Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products/services and generate sales.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 03 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi/Tamil (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
