Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Store Manager to lead retail operations, drive business growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across Cult retail stores.

The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, maintaining inventory accuracy, and creating an engaging in-store shopping experience while upholding Cult's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

- Manage end-to-end daily store operations.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, operational guidelines, and retail standards.
- Supervise store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and overall brand presentation.
- Ensure proper upkeep of store infrastructure, fixtures, equipment, and company assets.

2. Sales & Business Performance

- Drive monthly sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Increase retail sales, customer acquisition, and membership conversions.
- Track daily business performance and key retail KPIs.
- Develop action plans to improve conversion rates, productivity, and revenue.
- Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

3. Team Leadership & People Management

- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop store associates.
- Build a high-performing, customer-focused team.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Manage employee rosters, attendance, shift planning, and leave schedules.
- Drive employee engagement while minimizing attrition.

4. Customer Experience

- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Cult's service standards.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build long-term customer relationships to improve retention and loyalty.
- Ensure every customer enjoys a premium in-store shopping experience.

5. Inventory & Asset Management

- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment and product availability.
- Minimize inventory shrinkage and stock losses.
- Safeguard company assets and maintain stock accountability.

6. Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Maintain statutory and operational compliance at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

Experience

- 35 years of experience in retail operations.
- Minimum 1–2 years as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
