Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for LAP (Loan Against Property) and Home Loans.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.

- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify new opportunities and resolve issues effectively.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform business decisions.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-6 years of experience in area management or similar role in the financial services industry.

- Solid understanding of LAP (Loan Against Property) and Home Loans products.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure.
