In this role you will be experienced in this role you will play a critical role in managing legal execution and recovery activities. The candidate will coordinate closely with law enforcement authorities, oversee agency operations, and support litigation follow-ups to ensure smooth legal processes and recovery efforts.
What we are looking for in the role:
- Manage legal execution and recovery activities efficiently within Karnataka.
- Liaise and coordinate with law enforcement authorities and other relevant agencies for execution-related matters.
- Oversee and manage agency performance and compliance in recovery processes.
- Support and follow up on litigation cases to ensure timely resolution and updates.
- Handle documentation and reporting related to legal recovery and enforcement actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline legal recovery processes.
- Undertake extensive travel across India for execution and recovery work as required.

- Strong legal knowledge and application in recovery and litigation.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, especially with law enforcement and agencies.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage agency oversight effectively.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Self-motivated with problem-solving orientation and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace with frequent travel requirements.
Qualification & Experience:
- Educational Qualification: LLB (Mandatory)/LLM
- Enrolment with the Bar Council (Bar exam qualified/practicing advocate) mandatory
- 2 - 4 years of relevant field experience, preferably in: Legal recovery, OR NBFC sector, or Law firm with exposure to recovery/legal execution matters
- Proven understanding of legal execution, recovery processes, and litigation support.
- Willingness and ability to travel PAN India extensively for execution-related work.
