Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans to ensure high standards of production and service delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement corrective actions plans for non-conformities.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of quality control processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on quality systems, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Strong understanding of quality principles,



methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Experience with quality management software and tools, such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001:2015.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
