Project position -: Project Research Scientist II (Non-Medical)

Consolidated Salary-: Rs.67,000/- + 30% HRA

Essential Qualification-: Post Graduate Degree in Public Health / Epidemiology / Biostatistics from a recognized university with 3 years experience OR PhD.

Desirable Qualification & Job Responsibilities-:

- Additional two years Clinical and public health research experience with publications in national and international journals
- Experience of community-based research projects in tribal/rural area • Knowledge of Computer Applications and data analysis
- Qualitative research experience

Job Responsibilities:





- To provide assistance to the PI / Nodal Officer for implementation of the project
- To assist PI / Nodal Officer in preparation of ethics documents, reports and publications
- To coordinate with ICMR-NIRWoH, Department of Health Research, and MRHRU Network across India for administrative, scientific activities • Data management and analysis
- Supervision of project staff
- Regular monitoring visits to study sites under MRHRU Vani
- Any other work as instructed by the PI / Nodal Officer

Age Limit-: 40 Years

Duration-: One year

Selected candidates will be required to travel between ICMR-NIRWoH, Mumbai and Model Rural Health Research Unit (MRHRU), Vani, District Nashik as per project requirements under the supervision of the PI / Nodal Officer.
