Impact HR Services is partnering with a diversified business group that is evaluating the development of a large-scale digital infrastructure business as part of its long-term growth strategy.

The organization is exploring opportunities in Build-to-Suit Data Centers catering to Defence, Banking, Government, and Enterprise customers, supported by a large power infrastructure ecosystem.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to evaluate, develop, and lead this initiative from concept to execution.

Role:

The candidate will establish a viable Data Center business roadmap, secure strategic customers, build the project ecosystem, and lead the organization from concept stage through successful project execution and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop the overall business strategy and roadmap for the Data Center business.
- Assess market opportunities, customer demand, and business viability for Build-to-Suit Data Centers.
- Identify and engage potential anchor customers across Defence, Banking, Government, BFSI, and Enterprise sectors.
- Drive feasibility studies covering technology, infrastructure, commercial, regulatory, and financial aspects.
- Lead discussions with consultants, technology partners, infrastructure providers, and key stakeholders.
- Develop business plans,



financial models, investment proposals, and growth strategies.
- Evaluate site selection, connectivity requirements, power availability, and infrastructure readiness.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, technology, commercial, finance, and project execution.
- Drive project development from concept, planning, design, and approvals through implementation.
- Represent the organization with customers, partners, consultants, investors, and government authorities.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate with 1825 years of experience across Data Centers, Digital Infrastructure, Telecom, Technology, Energy, Infrastructure, or Mission-Critical Facilities.
- Strong understanding of Data Center business models, customer requirements, and market dynamics.
- Experience in project development, business planning, stakeholder management, and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to engage with CXOs, government agencies, consultants, and enterprise customers.
- Solid communication, presentation, and business development skills.
- Exposure to Defence, BFSI, Government, Enterprise Technology, Telecom, Digital Infrastructure, or Mission-Critical sectors will be preferred.
