About the Role
If you have a Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and possess excellent English Communication Skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate Information and maintain high service Quality standards.
- Work effectively in a 24/7 rotational Shift setting.
Qualifications
- Education: Undergraduate Or Graduate
- Experience: Fresher, Minimum 1 year Experience in chat and Email
Required Skills
- Fresher + Experience
- Flexibility: Comfortable with Night Shifts and Rotational Shifts and 5 days work week
- Non Voice Process
Preferred Skills
- Excellent English Communication Skills
Pay range and compensation package
- Salary: up to 4.2 LPA
- Transport: Free 2-Way cab facility (Provided up to 25 km radius)
- Work Schedule: 5 days working 2 days Rotational Offs
- Shift Window: 5:00 PM 11:00 AM ( Any 9-hour shift)
