Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact forassigned clients.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships through regular communication.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate within ternal teams (Content,Design, Video, Ads & Development).
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high client satisfaction..
- Prepare proposals,quotations,and project briefs.
- Upselland cross-sell Rooly Mediasservices wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with the Meta Ads and Content teams to provide campaign updates.
- Maintain CRM records,meeting notes,and project timelines.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure smooth execution
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 6 months-1year of experience in ClientServicing ,Sales,Relationship Management,or Business Development..
- Excellent communication and presentation skills..
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace /MS
