About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join a growing engineering team building cloud-native SaaS software for the healthcare and clinical laboratory industry. You will own features across the full stack front-end browser interfaces used by clinical staff, and the Azure-hosted APIs and background services that power them.

You will work in a regulated healthcare environment where data accuracy, system uptime, and security are non-negotiable. Comfort operating across both front-end and back-end layers of a production Azure SaaS platform is essential.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End

- Build and maintain features in a browser-based SaaS application (HTML/CSS/JS on Azure Static Web App, served via Azure Front Door).
- Translate product and design requirements into clean, performant UI components.
- Ensure front-end reliability through unit and integration tests (Jest, Cypress, or equivalent).
- Collaborate with product managers and domain stakeholders to deliver intuitive workflows for clinical end users.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Back-End

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core (.NET 4–8) hosted on Azure App Service.
- Build and extend Azure Function Apps for background processing, report generation, email delivery, and message queue consumers.
- Design and maintain database schemas and migrations using Entity Framework Core on Azure SQL.
- Integrate with third-party systems and external interfaces as required.
- Implement and maintain secure file storage workflows using Azure Blob Storage.
- Apply security best practices including authentication, authorization, and HIPAA-compliant data handling across a multi-tenant environment.
- Contribute to Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment practices.

Skills & Qualifications





Front-End — Required

- 2+ years with a modern JavaScript framework (Vue.js preferred; React or Angular accepted).
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript.
- Proficient with Git for version control and team collaboration.
- Experience with NPM / Node.js and build tooling (Webpack or Gulp).
- Robust communication skills; ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Front-End — Nice to Have

- Vue.js-specific project experience.
- Familiarity with Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, or Cypress.
- Working knowledge of C#.

Back-End — Required

- Minimum 4 years of experience with .NET Core (through version 8).
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Web API hosted on Azure App Service.
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core — migrations, schema design, and query optimization.
- Experience with Azure SQL — schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of security compliance, data protection, and HIPAA-sensitive data handling.
- Experience implementing user authentication and authorization in multi-tenant distributed systems.
- Understanding of session management in distributed server environments.
- Data migration, transformation, and scripting experience.
- Proficient with Git and CI/CD workflows.
