Team leader-Travel
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate in any discipline
• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in an travel process
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Agents to ensure operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor team performance through key metrics such as AHT, CSAT, Quality Scores, Productivity, and SLA adherence, while providing regular coaching and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve critical operational issues and improve seller experience.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports, attendance records, productivity dashboards, and action plans for management review.
