Role & responsibilities

1. Facility & Infrastructure Maintenance

- Ensure smooth operation of hospital buildings and infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain:
- Electrical systems
- DG sets
- HVAC/AHU systems
- Chillers
- UPS systems
- Water supply systems
- Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
- Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS)
- Fire & Safety systems
- Plumbing and drainage systems

- Conduct regular inspections and initiate corrective actions.

2. Preventive Maintenance

- Develop and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Maintain records of equipment maintenance and breakdown history.
- Ensure minimal downtime of critical hospital equipment and utilities.

3. Team Management

- Supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC operators, and support staff.
- Allocate daily work assignments.
- Monitor attendance, leave, discipline, and productivity.
- Conduct staff training on safety and maintenance procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Additional certification in HVAC, Safety, or Facility Management preferred.
