Role Summary
The HCM Techno Functional Consultant will support the REM (Reward & Employee Management) project by delivering end to end techno functional solutions across Talent Management and Compensation modules in Oracle HCM Cloud. The role requires hands on experience with Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) to support page extensions, UI behavior, and post conversion enhancements, ensuring seamless user experience aligned with business requirements.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
5 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with techno functional exposure.
Strong experience in Talent Management and Compensation modules.
Hands on experience with Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
Understanding of end to end Reward and Talent processes.
Experience with testing cycles, issue management, and production support.
Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Techno Functional Delivery
Act as a techno functional consultant for Talent Management and Compensation modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional configurations and Redwood/VBS based solutions.
Support configuration, extension, and troubleshooting of Redwood enabled HCM pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data loads, and reporting related to Talent and Rewards.

Talent Management
Configure and support performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development.
Assist in Talent Profile configuration, dashboards,



and analytics in Redwood UI.
Support functional testing and validation of Talent processes post Redwood conversion.

Compensation
Configure and support compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and salary reviews.
Support compensation plans, eligibility profiles, approvals, and validations.
Assist with job structures, job leveling, and compensation data accuracy in Redwood pages.
Provide functional and VBS related support during compensation planning cycles.

Redwood UI & VBS Support
Develop and support VBS extensions for Redwood pages (field visibility, validations, UI behavior).
Troubleshoot Redwood UI issues and coordinate fixes using VBS.
Support regression testing and validation of Redwood converted pages.
Ensure Redwood customizations comply with Oracle best practices and upgrade safety.

Testing, Deployment & Support
Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and configuration workbooks.
Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post go live stabilization.
Resolve functional, UI, and data related issues during BAU support.

Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with HR, COE, and business stakeholders.
Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and user support.
Participate in project meetings, status reporting, and issue resolution.
