Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Transportation Management.
- Configure and implement SAP TM solutions based on business requirements.
- Work on end-to-end SAP TM implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and support projects.
- Configure transportation planning, freight order management, freight booking, and transportation execution processes.
- Configure carrier selection, freight settlement, charge management, and transportation planning.
- Collaborate with business users to understand transportation and logistics processes.
- Perform system configuration, testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Analyze defects, provide functional solutions, and support issue resolution.
- Support integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules such as EWM, MM, SD, LE, and S/4HANA.
- Participate in requirement workshops, solution design, and business process improvements.
- Develop functional documentation, configuration documents, process flows, and user manuals.
- Support cutover activities, go-live, hypercare,



and post-production support.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project delivery standards.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant.
- Strong experience in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP TM implementation project.
- Hands-on experience in SAP TM configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of transportation planning and execution processes.
- Experience in Freight Order Management and Freight Booking.
- Knowledge of Freight Settlement and Charge Management.
- Experience in Carrier Selection and Transportation Planning.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.
- Experience preparing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
- Robust knowledge of SAP Solution Documentation and testing processes.
- Experience in UAT support, defect management, and production support.
