Purpose

The Apprentice General Surgical Sales role focuses on driving account-level sales (70%) and supporting regional execution priorities (30%), while building robust sales and business fundamentals.

Major Responsibilities

1. Sales Ownership (70%)

- Manage ~20 25 Check-In accounts

- Drive sales, relationships, conversions

- Execute calls, demos, OT support

- CRM discipline and compliance

2. Regional Priorities (30%)

- Support RBM priorities

- Data analytics and insights

1) Inventory Management check on regular checks of stocks across branches

2) Lead Generation with in his 25-30 Acc , RCS execution Adv the phaco execution

3) Minutes of the Meeting of the QBR- Follow up closure around it

3. Sales Process Compliance

- CRM/Salesforce reporting

- SOP adherence

- RCPA and analytics

4. Learning Development

- Product and clinical knowledge

- Sales capability building

Sales performance, account growth, call productivity, execution of regional priorities, CRM compliance
