Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer CAD/PLM Integration Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations between PTC Windchill and engineering design tools such as Altium Designer and SolidWorks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET, REST APIs, CAD/PLM integrations, and cloud-native technologies. The role also requires exposure to Agentic AI concepts and AI-assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop custom integrations between PTC Windchill and CAD applications such as Altium Designer and SolidWorks.
- Build scalable integration solutions for engineering workflow automation, product data synchronization, and BOM management.
- Develop secure and high-performance applications using C#, .NET, and REST APIs.
- Integrate enterprise engineering systems while ensuring data consistency and reliability.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Azure services and containerized deployments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and release management.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability using Grafana and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and engineering stakeholders to define technical designs and integration strategies.
- Support production environments, troubleshoot integration issues, and optimize application performance.
- Contribute to AI-enabled automation initiatives and explore Agentic AI capabilities within engineering workflows.

Must Have Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Robust expertise in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and enterprise integration solutions.




- Hands-on experience integrating CAD applications such as Altium Designer and SolidWorks with PLM systems.
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows, product structures, BOMs, revisions, and change management.
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized application deployment.
- Experience with Grafana or similar observability and monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and secure application design.
- Ability to create Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and integration architecture.

Good to Have

- Experience working with PTC Windchill.
- Knowledge of engineering data management and digital thread implementation.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and intelligent automation.
- Familiarity with DevOps best practices and cloud-native application architecture.
