1. Job Overview :

- We are seeking a highly skilled MDG-Techno Functional Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management Governance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing SAP MDG in material, customer, vendor, and finance master data modes.

1. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in at least 2 end-to-end implementations of SAP MDG in various master data modes.
- Possess strong techno-functional capabilities, with the ability to handle technical code changes in Methods, Classes BADI for small medium enhancements individually.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of MDG architecture and be responsible for setting up data models, configuring workflows, defining data validation rules, and establishing data governance processes.
- Exhibit proficiency in data modeling, process modeling, and UI modeling.
- Hands-on experience in setting up replication processes and master data governance process setup.
- Analyze requirements, design, develop, and implement Enterprise Master Data solutions using SAP MDG.
- Work on integrating MDG with other components of the SAP enterprise information management stack and with the external world.
- Execute data model enhancements, functional validation, and strong hands-on BRF UI enhancements.




- Conduct feasibility studies by interacting with business teams and understanding underlying business requirements.
- Advise the client project team on the merits and demerits of different solution approaches and recommend the best solution from a technical feasibility point of view.
- Review technical design and development of master data-related interfaces, enhancements, load programs, reports, and workflows in MDG S/4 system.
- Prepare proof of concept for new functional requirements and demonstrate to business teams.
- Support system upgrades and performance improvement related activities.

1. Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management Governance.
- Possess strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities to analyze complex data issues and provide effective solutions.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Be adaptable to work in a quick-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and perform under pressure.
- SAP MDG certification will be considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in SAP MDG implementations in various master data modes.
- Proficiency in handling technical code changes in Methods, Classes BADI for enhancements.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MDG architecture and related processes.
- Experience in data modeling, process modeling, and UI modeling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

1. Work Timing :

- 1:30-10:30 PM shift. Need to be flexible for extended hours and weekend work occasionally when project demands.
