1. Project Planning & Financial Control

- Prepare & review of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) as per internal standards.
- Develop costing sheets, project estimates, and O&M; budgets.
- Monitor project costs and support cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality.

2. Vendor & Contract Management

- Coordinate with empaneled vendors, EPC contractors, OEMs, and service partners.
- Ensure vendor activities are executed as per contractual scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Escalate deviations in cost, schedule, or quality as per internal escalation matrix.

3. Site Execution & Quality Governance

- Oversee site execution including electrical, civil, and charger installation works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, safety procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct site audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

4. Project Delivery & Timeline Adherence

- Plan and track project schedules to ensure timely commissioning of charging stations.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address risks and dependencies.
- Ensure proper handover documentation post-installation.

5. Operations & Maintenance (O&M;)

- Manage post-commissioning operations and maintenance of EV charging stations.
- Supervise technicians and site teams to ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure chargers operate within defined uptime and SLA targets.

6. Site Operations & Asset Protection

- Ensure charging station premises are maintained in a protected, secure, and hygienic condition.
- Monitor availability of power supply, DG (Hi-Gen) backup, and auxiliary systems.
- Safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to asset management policies.

8. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records including BOQs, cost approvals, installation reports, commissioning certificates, and O&M; logs.
- Submit periodic MIS reports on project status, operational performance, and compliance
