Role & Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the complete production workflow from booking to final delivery.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, album designers, and freelancers.
- Prepare and assign daily shoot schedules and editing tasks.
- Ensure timely delivery of photos, videos, albums, and other client deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and maintain production trackers.
- Conduct quality checks on all deliverables before client submission.
- Manage camera equipment, accessories, memory cards, hard drives, and inventory.
- Coordinate logistics for outstation shoots, including travel and accommodation.
- Resolve production issues quickly and ensure smooth operations.
- Lead the production team and ensure targets and deadlines are achieved.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 25 years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in the wedding photography, videography, media, or event industry.
- Strong leadership, planning,



and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of photography and video production workflows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
