What Youll Do

We will provide you with the raw content.

Your responsibility is to:

- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, X, and other short-form platforms.

- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, music, sound effects, B-roll, and other creative elements where required.

- Create highly engaging edits that maximize watch time and audience retention.

- Publish the videos on your own social media accounts or on accounts you create and manage yourself.

- You may manage multiple social media accounts to maximize reach.

- You are not required to share account access with us.

- Regularly publish content and share performance insights when requested.

Who Should Apply

Were looking for people who have:

- Basic to advanced video editing skills.

- Knowledge of short-form content trends.

- Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,



DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, VN, or similar software.

- Creativity and an understanding of what drives engagement and viral reach.

- A passion for content creation.

Compensation Performance-Based Earnings (CPM Model)

We dont pay on a per-video basis.
Instead, youll earn based on the CPM (Cost Per Mille) model.

CPM means payment based on every 1,000 valid impressions your published videos generate.

The better your content performs, the higher your earnings.
The exact CPM rate and payout structure will be discussed during the onboarding process.
