About the role
AMZ Prep a leading Amazon prep, fulfillment, and freight/Middle Mile partner — is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can own our marketing engine end to end: strategy and content, our WordPress website, and our HubSpot CRM. This is a versatile, all-rounder role for someone who can run campaigns and keep the website and CRM humming. You'll work with our writers, SEO, and design team, and use our connected AI tooling to move rapid.

What you'll do

Marketing

- Own the marketing roadmap across SEO, content, LinkedIn, email, and lead generation.
- Manage the monthly content/SEO plan, editorial calendar, and publishing cadence.
- Lead LinkedIn and thought-leadership efforts; grow reach, engagement, and inbound leads.
- Coordinate demand-gen and cold outreach campaigns with sales/BDM.

Website (WordPress)

- Manage and update the WordPress site — landing pages, blog publishing, on-page SEO, plugins, and basic troubleshooting.
- Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns and conversions.
- Coordinate with designers/developers for larger website work.

CRM (HubSpot)

- Own HubSpot: contact/data management, lists,



workflows and automations, email sequences, and reporting.
- Keep data clean and connect marketing activity to pipeline and leads.
- Build dashboards and report on traffic, rankings, MQLs, and pipeline.

What we're looking for

- 4+ years in B2B or ecommerce marketing, ideally in a lean team where you wore multiple hats.
- Hands-on with WordPress (pages, blog, plugins, on-page SEO) — no heavy coding required, but comfortable in the admin.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot (or a similar CRM): lists, workflows, sequences, reporting.
- Solid SEO and content skills; familiar with Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up content, web, and CRM work.
- Strong writing, organization, and self-management — this is an all-rounder role.
- Bonus: Amazon/ecommerce, 3PL, logistics, or SaaS marketing experience.
