- Lead and motivate a small team to achieve targets.
- Assist in daily operations and coordinate with departments.
- Maintain records, reports, and performance metrics.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Robust team leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of two-wheeler industry is a plus.
