Digital Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Digital Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, follow up with leads, prepare quotations, and convert prospects into clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable using AI tools, and professionally manage customer interactions across WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales inquiries from WhatsApp, website, social media, email, and phone calls.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
- Prepare quotations and share product information with customers.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records and sales pipeline.
- Build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Manage WhatsApp Business communication and customer follow-ups efficiently.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Sales.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong WhatsApp Business management skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for communication and productivity.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in BPO, Customer Support, Telecalling, or International Voice Process will be highly preferred.
- Experience in the Interior Design, Architecture, Building Materials, Marble, Stone, or Construction industry.
- CRM software knowledge is a plus.
- Experience handling international clients is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media is a bonus.
