To bridge the gap between the business and technical teams| analyze and document business requirements| suggest innovative design solutions to the assigned project team as per the business requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support NetSuite ERP, including configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting.
Work on enhancement requests and production incidents.
Works closely with business partners, internal or external, to understand requirement.
Product support, root cause analysis and resolution.
Partner with third-party Oracle NetSuite vendors and integrators to ensure effective solutions and support.
Perform data audits, monitor system performance, and address data integrity issues..
Skill Requirements
Experienced Senior NetSuite Administrator with strong functional knowledge.
experience in AP, AR, GL, Fixed Asset, Tax management, Finance reporting, customer and vendor data management.
Working experience with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA etc.
NetSuite Suite Foundation Certification is highly preferred
Robust communication skills and self-driven, should be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical parties.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and scrum process is a plus.
Other Requirements
Work arrangement: Hybrid (Bangalore), with Client in-office collaboration on Thursdays and Fridays
Shift timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Preferred qualification: bachelor’s or master’s degree
