About the Role

We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern/Fresher to join our team and help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to understand requirements, document processes, and support the delivery of impactful software solutions.

What You’ll DoGather & Understand Requirements

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Help translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and documentation.
- Participate in requirement discussions, brainstorming sessions, and solution planning.

Support Project Delivery

- Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Assist in project planning, requirement clarification, and change management.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by documenting feedback and validating requirements.

Documentation & Process Improvement

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and meeting notes.
- Create basic process flows, wireframes, and workflow diagrams when required.
- Help identify process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance business efficiency.

What We're Looking For





- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, and databases.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good to Have

- Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Figma.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Internship, academic project, or certification in Business Analysis.
- Understanding of wireframing, process mapping, or requirement documentation.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced environment.
