Understanding the client’s needs and expectations to perform a –

- Understanding client needs and expectations related to skincare
- Providing practical and theoretical training in skincare courses
- Team management and supervision
- Daily reporting
- Periodical technical evaluations of staff
- Conducting interviews for hiring skincare professionals
- Visiting different branches for staff analysis
- Coordinating with external trainers
- Researching new skincare products and procedures
- Resolving client issues related to skincare treatments

Eligibility – Any person having 5 years + as a hairstylist.
