Role Overview

We are hiring experienced US B2B Inside Sales professionals for a quick-growing international revenue role. You will pitch directly to senior US decision-makers (CXO / Director / VP), qualify business opportunities, and convert them into revenue.

This is not a collections voice process — it is a consultative, target-driven sales role with a rapid career path into US sales leadership.

CTC - 6 - 8 lpa

Key Responsibilities

- High-quality outbound calling to US senior leaders (80–100 calls/day)
- Understand customer needs, pitch solutions & handle objections professionally
- Convert qualified leads into revenue and achieve monthly KPIs/targets
- End-to-end inside sales cycle: prospecting pitching proposals closures
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot preferred)
- Share solution decks, RFP/RFI responses & follow-ups to drive closures
- Weekly reporting & forecasting in collaboration with management

Must-Have Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in US Inside Sales / International B2B Outbound Sales
- Confident English communication with neutral/American accent preferred
- Proven success in target-driven environments (revenue/closures KRAs)
- Ability to confidently speak with CXO/Director-level decision makers
- Comfortable with US night shift,



Mon–Fri schedule
- Excellent objection handling, persistence & negotiation skills

Preferred Background

- US B2B Sales / Lead Generation / Appointment Setting roles
- International Retention/Collections roles with closure exposure
- Inside-sales roles in SaaS, Tech, Consulting or Services
