THE ROLE:
Test Perform is seeking a Performance Test Specialist.
You will have the desire to take on a hands-on role and have a real interest in team development. Ideally, you will also have some experience within a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment and have an interest in best practice performance testing.
Skills/Experience:
- Technical Performance Tester with 5+ years experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Load testing, performance testing, stress testing utilising the Micro Focus LoadRunner suite (Professional / Cloud / Enterprise) and open source tools
- Ability to explain the value and processes of performance testing to projects
- Provide well written documentation and the provision of performance test plans and test summary reports to stakeholders
- Ability to provide expert performance testing advice, guidance, offer suggestions, etc. and be seen as a performance testing subject matter expert within the team
Bonus Experience:
- Experience with application and database performance tuning / engineering
- Knowledge of performance testing with CI/CD
- Performance testing experience with cloud infrastructure
