* Contact and counsel prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
* Understand students’ educational background and career goals.
* Explain course offerings, curriculum, career opportunities, and fee structures.
* Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
* Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
* Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
* Participate in educational fairs, webinars, and promotional activities.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly counseling and admission reports.
* Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Both Freshers and Experienced Candidates can Apply.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
