Procurement & Sourcing

- Source cosmetic packaging products from domestic and international suppliers.
- Develop reliable vendors for glass bottles, plastic bottles, jars, pumps, sprayers, droppers, caps, closures, cosmetic containers, and accessories.
- Float RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Ensure timely procurement as per business requirements.

Vendor Management

- Identify and onboard new suppliers.
- Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, lead time, service, and delivery performance.
- Build long-term relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews.

Cost Management

- Negotiate competitive pricing and payment terms.
- Drive annual cost reduction initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, raw material price movements, and supplier capabilities.
- Improve procurement efficiency while maintaining product quality.

Inventory & Planning

- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Planning teams for demand forecasting.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels.
- Prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.




- Monitor purchase planning for fast-moving cosmetic packaging products.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Sales for recent customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality for product approvals and vendor quality issues.
- Liaise with Logistics for shipment planning and timely deliveries.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) activities by sourcing innovative packaging.

Documentation & ERP

- Generate Purchase Orders through ERP.
- Maintain purchase records, supplier database, pricing history, and contracts.
- Track order status until delivery.
- Prepare MIS reports on procurement performance.

Market Intelligence

- Monitor packaging trends in the cosmetics and personal care industry.
- Identify new products, innovative packaging, and alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Benchmark supplier pricing and capabilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
