Job Title: Accounts Manager
Department: Accounts & Finance
Reports To: Finance Head / Director

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Oversee bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare and verify GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, tax, and financial audits.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounting entries are accurate.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Monitor company expenses and recommend cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and legal regulations.
- Manage fixed assets,



depreciation schedules, and inventory accounting.
- Support payroll accounting and reconcile salary-related transactions.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team, ensuring timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or CMA is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,625.50 - ₹57,913.87 per month
