We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 1–5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about architectural design, planning, and project execution, with solid technical and visualization skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and detailed plans.
- Develop 2D and 3D models for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Prepare presentations, renderings, and design documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable standards and project requirements.
- Visit project sites when required and support project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong design, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Software Skills
Candidates should have working knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- Revit
- V-Ray
- Twinmotion
- Other relevant architectural design and visualization software
Work Details
- Experience: 1–5 Years
- Work Location: Karur or Tiruchirappalli (Trichy)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Salary: Flexible and based on experience, skills, and performance.
