Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead – PCC Platform to lead technical delivery, platform strategy, and engineering execution for enterprise collections solutions. This is a customer-facing leadership role responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving delivery excellence, and ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of the PowerCurve Collections (PCC) platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional engineering teams and own end-to-end technical delivery.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable PCC solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, architects, product teams, and vendors.
- Support production deployments, incident resolution, and continuous platform improvements.




- Mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence.

Required Skills

- 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in technical leadership.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with PowerCurve Collections (PCC).
- Strong expertise in SQL, XML/JSON, API Integration, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience with Agile (Secure/Scrum), SDLC, stakeholder management, and leading distributed teams.

Preferred

- Experience in Collections/Financial Services.
- Knowledge of credit & collections regulations.
- Relevant technology certifications.
