We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager – Admissions to lead student enrolment operations, drive lead-to-admission conversion, and manage a high-performing admissions team.

Responsibilities

- Student Counselling & Admissions
- Student Calling (Inbound & Outbound)
- Lead Generation & Enquiry Handling
- Lead Conversion & Follow-ups
- Admission Target Achievement
- CRM Management & MIS Reporting
- Student Onboarding & Documentation
- Eligibility Verification & Fee Coordination
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Cross-functional Coordination (Marketing, Academics & Accounts)
- Admission Strategy & Process Improvement

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in admissions management, student counselling,



business development, or operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, conversion, and team leadership skills.
- Prior experience in the education / training sector highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Timing
Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm
Saturday – 9 am to 5 pm
