Identify and develop new business opportunities for PEB Buildings, Industrial Sheds and Steel Structures.

Generate leads through market visits, references, direct meetings and other business channels.

Visit industrial areas, factories, warehouses, contractors, builders and prospective clients.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/estimation team for quotations and proposals.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.

Follow up on enquiries, quotations and negotiations and convert leads into orders.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales/marketing targets.

Conduct market research and provide information about competitors, pricing and market opportunities.

Coordinate with the production, design and project teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders.

Prepare regular reports regarding market visits, leads, enquiries and sales status.

Willingness to travel and work outstation is essential.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
