Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads, conducting property consultations, arranging site visits, and closing sales while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Contact and qualify leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, portals, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM.
- Negotiate and assist clients throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

RequirementsEssential

- Bachelor's degree preferred (B.Com, BBA, Marketing, or related field).




- 4+ years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business.

Preferred

- Experience in residential real estate sales.
- Knowledge of Kolkata real estate market.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
