- Candidate must have experience in insurance and team handling profile of last 2-4 years

- Sales Planning and target setting for the team member

- Formulating sales strategies for achieving targets.

- Training, motivating and developing a positive mindset in team members.

- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior when required.
