About the Role
We're looking for an energetic Tele Caller to generate and qualify leads for our branding and digital marketing services. You'll be the first voice of Bytez Corp for many prospective clients — reaching out, understanding their needs, and setting up appointments for our sales and strategy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/leads to introduce Bytez Corp's services
- Explain our branding, digital marketing, and video production offerings clearly and confidently
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and interest level
- Schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or tracking sheets
- Follow up with warm leads and past inquiries in a timely manner
- Handle basic client queries and route complex questions to the appropriate team
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead-conversion targets
- Maintain a polite, qualified, and persuasive tone on every call
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus)
- Confident, clear speaking voice with good listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Organized approach to follow-ups and record-keeping
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, or BPO
- Experience in an agency, real estate, or service-based sales setting
- Familiarity with CRM software
