Job Discription:

- Diagnostics & Repair: Use specialized tools to troubleshoot, test, and repair vending machines to ensure full functionality and reduce downtime.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform proactive inspections, deep cleaning, and servicing to minimize customer complaints and optimize performance.
- Installation & Setup: Install machines in office, managing electrical/water connections, ingredient stocking, and payment system configuration.
- Job Cards & Logging: Complete detailed job cards for every activity, documenting all parts used, replaced, or repaired in physical and digital logs.
- Inventory Control: Monitor spare parts stock, arrange timely restocking, and assist in monthly physical inventory audits to eliminate deviations.
- Parts Issuance: Issue and track spare parts given to field sales/service staff using forms or ERP software.
- Customer Support: Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance directly to customers, users, and site owners.
- Upgrades & Innovation: Evaluate machine performance and install hardware/software upgrades (e.g.,



coin boxes, payment devices) to improve user experience.
- Reporting & Strategy: Submit detailed daily operational reports to management and analyze the profitability/effectiveness of all implemented upgrades.
- Incident Management: Record SOP violations or technical incidents, conducting root cause analysis to apply corrective actions.
- Daily Hygiene & Safety: Clean the service and workshop area daily before shift-end to maintain hygiene and prevent accidents.

Competencies:

- Strong technical knowledge of systems, equipment, or software.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
