Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, field sales, and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Visit architects, builders, contractors, dealers, distributors, OEMs, and industrial customers.
- Promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Submit daily visit reports and update the CRM with customer interactions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch,



and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure excellent after-sales service.

Required Qualifications

- Any Graduate
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Experience in construction chemicals, sealants, adhesives, industrial products, or building materials is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
