Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: ₹20,000-₹25,000 + Incentives

Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and expanding the market presence of Amalas Food Products. The role focuses on achieving targets, strengthening distribution, and ensuring strong presence across retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and annual targets
- Create plan and execute sales through corporates and key accounts
- Lead and monitor the sales team to improve performance and productivity
- Expand distribution network by onboarding new dealers and retail stores
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability and visibility
- Build and maintain solid relationships with retailers and distributors




- Monitor stock levels in stores and ensure timely replenishment
- Track sales data, prepare reports, and analyse market trends
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding dues
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth order fulfilment
- Plan and execute in-store promotional activities to increase sales

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in sales (FMCG/food products preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of local market and retail distribution channels
- Target-oriented with a problem-solving approach
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
