We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating essential documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution within the IT domain.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain key IT domain documentation, including BRD (Business Requirements Document), FRD (Functional Requirements Document), and SRS (Software Requirements Specification).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate and clear communication of requirements.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.




- Ensure that all business requirements align with project goals and timelines.
- Support the project management team throughout the project lifecycle by tracking progress and managing documentation.

- 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong knowledge of IT domain documentation, including BRD, FRD, and SRS.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
