Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Assistant with 2 years of experience to support digital operations, improve process efficiency, and assist teams in managing digital tools, platforms, and customer/business requirements. The ideal candidate should have robust coordination skills, digital awareness, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support in managing digital platforms, applications, and online tools.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring digital processes and workflows.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve digital platform-related issues.
- Manage data entry, reporting, dashboards, and digital documentation.
- Support automation initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Monitor digital performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Assist in user onboarding, training, and adoption of digital solutions.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of business information.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, marketing, and business teams for digital initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging digital trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certification in digital tools/technology is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital operations, virtual assistance, business support, or related roles.
- Good understanding of digital platforms, online tools, and workflow management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with technology-driven processes.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CRM, HRMS, ERP, or project management tools.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
