- Proven sales experience in men's clothing brands only (no mixed/unisex or women's wear background)
- Must be fluent in Hindi and the regional/local language of the store location
- Strong understanding of men's ethnic wear fabrics, fits, and styling
- Customer engagement and upselling skills
- Comfortable with billing/POS systems and inventory basics
- Well-groomed, presentable, and target-driven
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers on the floor
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Handle billing, exchanges, and customer queries
- Coordinate with store manager on stock and promotions
