Job Description:

We are hiring freshers under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). This program is designed to give freshers structured, on-the-job training in accounting, financial record-keeping, and day-to-day administrative operations. It is an ideal chance to build a solid foundation for your career while earning a competitive monthly stipend.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining daily accounts, bookkeeping, entry of invoices, and updating basic financial logs.
- Operational Support: Help streamline day-to-day department operations, petty cash management, and routine operational workflows.
- Documentation & Checklists: Maintain daily office records, audit checklists, and billing reports as part of your operational training.
- Vendor & Inter-Department Coordination: Communicate professionally with internal teams and vendors to resolve basic billing or operational queries.
- Compliance & Reporting:



Assist supervisors in preparing weekly/monthly administrative and account reconciliation reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work actively and cooperatively within a fast-paced, team-oriented corporate environment.

Eligibility & Skills

- Education: B.Com, BBA, B.Sc. Graduates (Any Stream), or Diploma Holders in Finance/Operations.
- Experience: None required (Freshers only).
- Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting concepts.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.

The selected candidate will be engaged as an apprentice under the apprentices act for a period of 1 year.
