- Develop Baseline Schedules: Build comprehensive project timelines using software like Primavera P6 or MS Project to define task dependencies, milestones, and the critical path.
- Resource Allocation: Forecast and assign labor, materials, and equipment to prevent bottlenecks or over-allocation.
- Contract Analysis: Review construction contracts, blueprints, and specifications to establish achievable deliverables aligned with client expectations.
- Progress Monitoring: Collect daily/weekly site data to evaluate actual progress against the baseline schedule.
- Performance Reporting: Generate and present status reports, including visual tracking tools like S-Curves, to clients and management.
- Cost & Earned Value Management (EVM): Track productivity and tie schedule performance directly to budget tracking
- Soft Skills required: MS Project need to be a n expert, Valuable in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience: 5 to 6 years planning engineer experience very specifically to construction industry would be an advantage.
- Communication: Requires candidate with communication in English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
